RETURNS

• Returns are available within 7 days of receiving the item.
• To return a purchase, your items must meet the following conditions:

–Be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition
–Be returned with original tags and packaging
–Pre-orders and custom orders are not available for return

• LEJE reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.
• In terms of  ‘Free Shipping’, the customer is in charge of round-trip shipping cost when do return. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
• Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
• If you are shipping an item over $100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
