SHIPPING

• Free shipping is available on orders over €500.
• Customers are responsible for all applicable duties and taxes.

RETURNS

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must:

• Be unused, unaltered, and unwashed
• Include all original tags and packaging
• Be free from wear, damage, stains, fragrance, or other signs of use

Pre-order and custom-made items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

RETURN PROCESS

All returns must be approved by LEJE before shipment. Once approved, the return address will be provided via email.

Approved returns must be shipped within 14 calendar days, and a valid tracking number must be provided.

Returns sent without prior approval or after this period may be refused and returned to the customer at their expense.

SHIPPING COSTS AND REFUNDS

For returns due to a change of mind or sizing issues, customers are responsible for both the original and return shipping costs.

Any shipping costs initially covered by LEJE will be deducted from the final refund amount.

Refunds will be processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected.

LEJE reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are only available for items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.

For sizing issues, customers must return the original item and place a new order, subject to availability.

For returns valued at over €100, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.

LEJE is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
